This is a platform for Chelsea and Westminster Foundation Trust staff to suggest Ideas and Solutions to problems you face in your everyday practice. We know you understand better than anyone the challenges you face and how to change these for the better. As a Trust we want to enable, empower and support you to do this.
The information you provide will be viewed by Innovation & Improvement Clinical Fellows who will aid the process of turning good ideas into a reality. They may point you towards improvement projects already in progress, people with similar issues and ideas, or resources to make changes yourselves.
